During summer holidays, all cousins were gathered and were planning for summer vacations. Finally it was decided that we are going to Northern areas for a stay. Full of excitement none of us slept the whole night and the next morning to the surprise of our parents we all woke up early in the morning. All things were packed “This is surely going to be a memorable trip” said my uncle taking a sip of tea: “Of course! Suddenly the phone bell rang. Who can call at this time?” blurted my mother inquiringly. I went to receive the call. All gathered around me as if I was going to announce the lottery. The expressions on my face made them more and more curious and restless. I dropped and all yelled the receiver on the cradle simultaneously

Now the atmosphere changed. Some dropped silently on the carpet starting at the roof, some stood by the door staring blankly, I myself was too much dejected, just to make the surroundings a little bit pleasant I said, “No problem” I did not know that his innocent effort would add to injuries. My brother gave me a devilish look and said, “I can understand, just because aunti khalida’s daughter is your good friend. I got tension with anger and there started world war-3 between us, but soon got settled with the help of allies. All went back to their rooms with sad faces dragging their feet. It was about ten in the morning Khalida Aunti arrived and…..hahahahaha you can understand what happened next, and as my uncle said it really turned out to be a memorable trip!!!
